Felton Homestead captures the charm, warmth, and character of a traditional Australian country home, while seamlessly incorporating contemporary finishes and functionality.

Step inside Felton Homestead and you are immediately welcomed by rich textures, quality materials, and refined finishes that honour traditional design.


The 130mm polished stringybark timber floors set the tone, bringing warmth and natural beauty throughout the home. Complementing this are Victorian Ash windows and doors, allowing light to flow effortlessly while enhancing the home’s classic aesthetic.


The kitchen and living spaces showcase a seamless blend of elegance and practicality, featuring:


  • 2Pac joinery paired with stone benchtops

  • A statement Falcon oven, stove and rangehood

  • Checker pattern splashbacks and patterned mosaic tiles adding personality and charm


Architectural details such as the decorative archway in the breezeway elevate the home’s character, while antique brass door and window hardware provide a refined, heritage finish.
